This year, I am adding two new treatments to my pro-aging journey. The MedLite, a Nd:YAG laser, will be used for select spot treatment of brown sunspots on my arms and face.
I also utilized targeted microneedling on the zygomatic fat pad, which is the area between the lower eyelid and the cheekbone, to decrease the fat pocket and improve crepey skin by delivering precise depth and heat.

Our 65-year-old patient was frustrated with the fine lines around her mouth and the crepey skin around her eyes and neck. Although she had already undergone a facelift and had received neuromodulators and fillers, she still wasn’t completely satisfied with her overall complexion.
