What is PFRANKMD Neck Rejuvenation?

The Procedure
The procedure works by treating the fat on the patient’s chin and neck, allowing Dr. Frank to lift and sculpt the region, imitating the youthful visage that was once present. Using solely local anesthesia similar to a dental surgery, patients are awake and comfortable during the simple one hour procedure. Dr. Frank will then make 2-3 small incisions in the target area. These incisions are so slight that they close without sutures.
Once the patient is sufficiently numbed the FaceTite or AccuTite device is used for both internal and external heating of the skin to achieve maximum contraction. Dr. Frank is able to decrease deep pockets of fat and simultaneously tighten superficial skin that has lost its elasticity.
The next step is melting of the fat and stimulating additional skin tightening with the UltraTight ultrasound device. Once the fat is removed with various microcannulas, various technologies for external skin rejuvenation can be employed. Morpheus 8 and Fraxel are most commonly used to address skin texture issues and sun damage.
The Recovery
The patient is then bandaged for 24 hours and sent home without the need for prescription pain medication. After a Friday procedure, patients usually return to work on Monday and can exercise again within a week. Your body will continue to produce new collagen in the treatment area for about three months, resulting in continued improvements. Although final results can take up to three months, patients with the FaceTite/UltraTight procedure often see immediate results. The results are permanent and can be used in conjunction with any other cosmetic procedure, including future plastic surgery.
