This first-time patient came to our office requesting more lip filler after being overfilled throughout her face by a previous provider. The improper placement of filler, the wrong type of filler, or the wrong amounts had led to migration and overextension in both her upper and lower face, leaving her feeling unlike herself. At PFRANKMD, we prioritize conservative age-appropriate aesthetics, ensuring our patients never develop an unrecognizable self aka medspa face.
Before any new injectables or treatments are performed in this circumstance, we recommend dissolving all pre-existing fillers.
Patience was essential in achieving her desired results. Over two sessions, Registered Nurse Samantha carefully dissolved the filler to restore a natural canvas.
Only after that were we able to harmonize her facial features with carefully placed injectables, keeping her desire for fuller lips in mind. The result? A beautifully natural outcome and a very happy patient.

This young woman wanted to enhance her jawline and improve the lack of definition under her neck. We used a combination of ultrasound-assisted microliposuction to melt fat, along with advanced radiofrequency skin tightening using FaceTite and Morpheus8 technologies. Incredible results with just one session of a combination of lasers to treat pigmentation and sun damage. When this patient came into PFRANKMD, we were excited to help her transform her skin!
We first started with treating her background pigmentation and individual sunspots with the Pico Enlighten, followed by the Fraxel Thulium for both deep and superficial sun damage from years of sun exposure.
