Born and raised in New York, Kayla has been in the hospitality and customer service industry for over 10 years. As a teenager, Kayla learned the value of working with all kinds of people from places like the casino, Mastercard corporate world, and hospitality venues. She has always had an interest in beauty and combines this passion with the valuable interpersonal skills she has learned from her experience. Kayla comes from a very cultural background, being half Filipino and half Ecuadorian. Raised by a large loving family, she is well-rounded, patient, and kind and able to work well with many types of people. She loves traveling, spending time on the beach, and experiencing new adventures whenever she can. Kayla’s favorite thing in the world is spending time with her family and is happy to say that she has a second family at PFRANKMD!
