Dr. Frank Develops and Trademarks the Ultratight™ Neck Procedure

It is clear that non –invasive skin tightening procedures have solidified their position in cosmetic dermatology. We have several devices that can now lift and tighten skin without downtime or cutting. Until now, there has still been an unfulfilled niche between the expectations of totally non invasive technology and facelift surgery. To fill this niche, Dr. Frank created the Ultratight™ procedure. Developed as a modification of micro-cannular neck liposuction, Dr. Frank utilizes an internal ultrasonic wand to melt fat and tighten the skin of the neck from the inside through miniscule incisions under the chin. Fraxel Time!

Sun spots, surgical scars, pigmentation, acne scars, fine lines, stretch marks or just general skin rejuvenation are corrected with the Fraxel line of lasers. Our facility is one of the few in the country to have every one of the Fraxel lasers providing the full spectrum of treatment options for our patients. This time of the year is usually ideal prior to the Spring and Summer when the sun heats up again.

Only have limited time? Try the Clear and Brilliant laser which involves less downtime and can be performed a few times at three week intervals. The Fraxel Thulium or Restore (Dual) require approximately 5 days of minimal downtime. For a more intense treatment The Fraxel Repair requires a week of downtime. Restylane Silk- Restylane’s answer to the great demand for fine line fillers. Currently Belotero is the sole product on the block which works great for fine lines around the mouth, chest, and the neck. We will see how this new product stands up when its released this spring.

Dr. Frank regularly lectures and teaches around the globe. He has the unique opportunity to share perspectives, techniques, and research with his international peers. It is clear that the trends and research have proven that no one technology or drug is “the best”.
