Friends,
As you know, it has been an entire year since the world changed its course. Our lives were upended in unfathomable ways hearing the innumerable stories of patients I have reunited with since lockdown. No one was immune to hardships and despite the light at the end of the tunnel, stress continues to uproot lives and take its toll on people. I am enormously grateful to have come out the other end of my own challenges feeling stronger and very positive about what is ahead of me. Much of that has come from the energy and the enthusiasm of seeing all of you return to PFRANKMD- my professional family of patients and staff that drive and fulfill me daily. Thank you for all your support and loyalty over the past year; I could not have gotten through it without you. I also cannot wait to share all that I have in store for us. Wishing each of you health, beauty, vitality and most of all, positivity!
I will leave you all with a paraphrased story that continues to inspire me daily. I hope you find it as helpful as I do.
There is an internal battle within each of us, always. Both positive and negative thoughts, drives and energy remain present, continually at odds. One cannot exist without the other, but the winner is always decided by which one you feed.
