Finally, it appears the weather has turned and spring is deservingly upon us. With the excitement of the upcoming summer season, we all eagerly prioritize and maximize our outdoor time. As always, this inevitably makes us more skin conscious than ever. With every year, the exciting field of dermatology continues to evolve in guiding skin care and treatments. Recent changes in FDA sunscreen policies are just part of this evolution in how we change the way we take care of our skin. In addition, advances in technology help us make sure we look our best during the more exposed times of the year. Here are some of my practice’s seasonal favorites, technologic advancements, and updates in modern dermatology. Enjoy the beautiful weather and I look forward to catching up with you all.
