Born and raised in Manhattan, Dr. Paul Jarrod Frank is Founder and Director of The Fifth Avenue Dermatology Surgery and Laser Center. Cultivating a sophisticated clientele, Dr. Frank has become renowned for his expertise in minimally invasive cosmetic surgery. Throughout his career, Dr. Frank has lectured extensively and authored several articles pertaining to cosmetic surgery in both the professional and consumer literature. Additionally, he has been featured in several beauty and fashion magazines as a skin expert. Academically, Dr. Frank continues his ongoing research in dermatologic surgery as an investigator and consultant for numerous aesthetic technology and skin care companies.
Dr. Frank is a Board certified Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon, a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, and a fellow of both the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology. He trained in Internal Medicine at New York's Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and completed his Dermatology residency at NYU Medical Center where he is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor and director of a cosmetic surgical clinic for training dermatologists.
The 5th Avenue Dermatology Surgery and Laser Center welcomes Dr. Carole Hazan. A native of Montreal, she received her medical degree at Mcgill University. After conducting Melanoma research at NYU she went on to complete her dermatology residency and surgical fellowship at the medical center. A Board Certified Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon, Dr Hazan has advanced training in Liposuction, Laser, and Moh’s Micrographic Cancer Surgery. She is well published in the academic literature and is now part of the clinical teaching staff at NYU where she trained under Dr Frank in the cosmetic surgery clinic.
Dr. Wee graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine in 2002, Dr. Wee is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon who trained in Dermatology at New York University School of Medicine and completed a post-graduate fellowship in laser, cosmetic, and dermatologic surgery in Boston. She is licensed in New York and Massachusetts. Dr. Wee is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Wallach is a board certified plastic surgeon that specializes in performing aesthetic procedures of the face and body. He has been featured in New York Magazine’s "Best Beauty Docs" issue as one of the field’s sharpest talents.
As an expert on plastic surgery, Dr. Wallach is regularly quoted in national and consumer magazines and newspapers including: New York Magazine, Oprah, Newsweek, Vogue, InStyle, Family Circle, Glamour, Latina, and Shape just to name a few. He has also appeared on local and national television and radio talk shows to discuss his experience performing aesthetic surgery.
As one of the cutting edge experts in the field, Dr. Wallach consults on a regular basis with people in the beauty, media, and publishing worlds. He also collaborates with other plastic surgeons to educate the consumer on the latest tips, trends, and techniques in the field.
Dr. Wallach is an assistant clinical professor of plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons (NYRSPS), a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of numerous other local and national societies.
Dr. Wallach is a Technical Editor for Aesthetic Surgery Journal the official publication for ASAPS, and is President in 2008 and an Executive Board member of NYRSPS. He is involved with multiple educational committees in ASPS, ASAPS, and NYRSPS. He is also a reviewer of scientific manuscripts for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
